I came to this country alone at 18. An exchange student escaping civil unrest. No network. No safety net. No room for mistakes that get forgiven when you have the right last name.

I became Google's first Albanian hire. Over 19 years: grew channel partnerships from $1M to $1B+ ARR, closed Android deals across three continents, led Product Operations for a 3,000-person global organization across AI, Cloud, Web, and Mobile.

I didn't study how to hyperscale. I was accountable for it as an immigrant, a working parent, with no margin for error.

At the peak of my career, a seat at the table with Google's most senior leadership, every credential that was supposed to mean arrival, I realized I had optimized for everything but the question that mattered most: for what purpose?

Getting to clarity took two years. What came out the other side was recognition that I wanted to help leaders like me: founders and executives already excellent who had never stopped to ask that question and were starting to feel the cost. I named the company Integralis because the Latin root means whole. Leadership rooted in wholeness, where profitability and sustainability do not conflict and velocity aligns with joy. That is my North Star.
