Hi, I'm Jonika.

I spent nearly two decades inside Google, building and scaling global partnerships across some of its most demanding products. I led teams through hypergrowth, slowdowns, restructurings, and the quiet middle where most of the real work happens.

Along the way, I became the person other leaders came to not for answers, but for thinking partnership. Eventually, that became the work.

Today I run Integralis as a small, intentional practice. I take on a limited number of CEOs and founders each year. Every engagement is built on the POLARIS™ framework, and shaped to the leader sitting across from me.

My belief is simple: scale and integrity are not a trade-off. The leaders who get this right build companies the rest of us want to work for.
